Katja Ebstein

Known for her distinct Berliner dialect and love of musical theater, she honed her talents in the late '60s among the burgeoning folk movement, and scored numerous hits in the '70s with manager, producer, and husband Christian Bruhn. Her biggest-selling album, a collection of material culled from her long career, is called Theater Theater: Die Grössten Erfolge, die Schönsten Melodien.
