The East Coasts next big thing, Angelica JONI is on her way to explode. Fresh off recording at IDA with the Grammy-winning team of David Frangioni, Jon Secada, Mark Hudson, Lucas Prata and Rudy Perez, Angelica is about to show the world two brand new hit singles predicted to blaze their way up the charts. One of her upcoming singles soon to be unveiled is a collaboration with Troy Remy,Tommy Mc Williams and Mykul Leerik."Right Through You"
A naturally talented singer/songwriter/musician. Angelica's love and talent for music started at a very early age and, by the time she was just 8 years old, she was already performing for audiences. Blessed with a gifted voice Angelica has often been paralleled to a mix of of music idols Christina Aguilera, Celine Dion, and Kelly Clarckson.
She is now in the process of recording her soon to be announced 1st album.
She regularly performs across the country, and recently she performed at Ave D & Will Call in Miami. Angelica is known for amazing packed houses at venues such The Van Dyke Cafe in South Beach, Miami The World Cafe in Philadelphia, The World Cafe Live "The Queen" in Delaware, Alor Cafe in Staten Island, and Six Flags in Jackson New Jersey and Hershey Park.
With her inspirational anti-bullying hit song “Cry No More,” in 2011 Angelica embarked on the nation wide six-state “Anti-Bullying Tour” featuring a mixture of Radio Disney and Nickelodeon stars hoping to send a strong anti-bullying message to teens. This cause in particular is important to Angelica because she herself was bullied. She continues to support this cause locally. Her involvement with the JUST BE ME campaign has caught the attention of DJ's coast to coast including Christopher Ewing in Hollywood Ca., Cindy Vero and Jenny Costa, and the WKTU Cares radio show in NYC.
Angelica just completed IDA program alongside with with Raquel Castro from season 1 of The Voice, where they appeared as principal roles on the IDA mentoring and artist development reality TV show. She was Celebrity Judge and guest performer at Idol Maker USA. Angelica had the pleasure of singing beside the Famous P.S. 22! G
Aside from touring, and performing regularly at showcases and events, Angelica is a proud Delta Phi Epsilon sister, and outstanding Communications major student Rider University. She is active in numerous charities such as the QSAC Quality Services For The Autistic Community, YMCA Strong Kids Campaign,Seaton Foundation, Florida Humane Society,The 911 Police Aid Foundation which named her The Voice of The Foundation 2010, also titled a youth Ambassador for The Diabetes Insulin Fund.
Angelica is SAG/ AFTRA since 2007, and has appeared in several commercials such as Old Navy, LEVI's, JC Penny, and numerous TV shows, Law and Order, SUV, Made in Jersey, and a principal recurring singing role for Gossip Girl, and was featured in the films LYMELIFE, FAME THE MOVIE, THE GREATEST and just completed filming in her hometown with Lorne Michaels on Staten Island Summer.
There are only bright things in the future for this young star who is about to storm through with two brand new singles and a music video on the works soon to be announced!
