Andres Power a.k.a Outcode is one of the most important pioneer of dance music in Colombia, in the middles of 80 ́s, he began his carrier hardly influenced by Chicago House Music Sound, in the first of 90 ́s ventured into the bass sound, freestyle and hip hop like a DJ, learning many techniques and scratch skills.
