Biography
Ashley Collins is a new and exciting independent Pop artist who is creating a buzz with her music in central Scotland.
Brought up in East Kilbride Glasgow, Ashley Collins was the centre of attention as a child and loved nothing more than singing at the top of her voice in her bedroom. She wanted to be a pop singer like her idols Madonna, Debbie Harry and Edi Reader.
Ashley first found her talent for songwriting as a teenager and began writing lyrics and melodies in her spare time after school.
Collins left school with 8 standard grades and 4 Highers and decided to study a three year HND course in Acting and Performance at a Glasgow drama school.
Shortly after graduating from drama college she landed her first role as a profesional actress in the hit BBC Soap
