Carlos D'Alessio, French composer from Argentina. Born in Buenos Aires in 1935. died in Paris, June 14, 1992. His creations are often inspired folk tunes from Latin America or folk dances: waltz, javas, rumba, tango. Sometimes repetitive music and played the piano alone or in small groups. His music is inseparable from the films of writer Marguerite Duras.
