Latexxx Teens

LXT (Latexxx Teens) was founded in Italy during the famous national black-out of 2003, by an idea of Icy X, Kami Plastik and Lex Kaos. The plan was to start an industrial metal band in the veins of all the great acts of the 80′s.
 
LXT:s goal is to create a mix of melodies and aggressive sound, using all the instruments that the technological era gave us. In other words, mixing the classic rock/metal sound with more modern influences from the electronic music scenes.
 
 During the summer of 2005, La Nuit (guitar player of DOPE STARS INC) joined LXT to complete the lineup. This was just before the debut gig as opening act for the famous “Sigue Sigue Sputnik” at Venice Rock festival. That same year the band entered the studio with Victor Love (Dope Stars Inc.) as a producer. The result was “Moloko & Ultra-Violence”.
 
The EP received lots of positive feedback from the audience and the insiders, selling nearly 1.000 copies in 4 years without any official distribution or label. This brought the band to their first contract with Decadance Records. LXT & Victor Love, partners in crimes, worked together again for the recording session of their first album “Death Club Entertainment”.
 
The first album had good promotion in Germany, where the band had some radio interviews. They were also featured in the Russian magazine “DARK CITY” with an A3 Poster and two pages article. The license for the album was bought in Russia by the label Irond for more than 1.500 copies.
 
By now, LXT started to think about a new sound, more into rock music, so they introduced a real drummer. Some fan clubs were born around the world (UK, USA, RUSSIA, and GERMANY) and the band started planning live shows in Europe.
 
In 2010 LXT joined the Family of Mama Trash Promotion inc.
 
A remix for the band “I Wrestled a Bear Once” was released on a special edition CD by Century Media records in June. In September they played at “Rock the Lake”-festival in Johannesburg with bands like Rage, Sonic Syndicate, Lacrimas Profundere, Omega Lythium and Dopestars Inc.
 
LXT started the recording session of a new EP called “Adrenochrome”. 5 previously unreleased songs available only as digital distribution, the EP was produced by Kami Plastik and Victor Love.
 
 “Adrenochrome” had a good response and the Japanese label Death Watch Asia signed the band for a physical release.
 
In 2011 the band received good attention from the Czech Republic magazines and radio.
 
On January 30th, 2011 Kami Plastik was guest on the radio show ROCK TIME on the Ceski rozhlas Radio.
 
In March 2011 the band performed at “Mama Trash Fest IV” in Helsinki/Finland. In July they shared the stage with band such as Freedom Call, Paradise Lost, Ill Nino and Firewind at the important Czech Basinfire Fest 2011 Spalene Porici.
 
The Japanese label Death Watch Asia, released the EP “Adrenochrome Redux”, containing the 5 previously released tracks of “Adrenochrome”, plus several bonus songs:
 
-5 remixes (Siva six, Terrolokaust, The March Violets, Freakangel, DYM),
 
- 2 re-recorded versions of old classics from  “Moloko & Ultra Violence” and a  special cover of ” Temple of love” featuring Chris Harms from Lord Of The Lost  as special guest singer.
 
The magazine Rock Oracle featured the band in their monthly compilation of January and published a double pages interview.
 
The EP received lots of good response from the insiders, the song “Black Heart” was featured on the compilation of the Music Magazine “Orkus” (DE) in the fall of 2011.
 
During the winter 2011, the singer Lex Kaos decided to leave the band due to personal reasons. Kami Plastik now took his place as front-man of the band.
 
In April 2012 LXT went on a mini-tour in Italy and the Czech Republic. This renewed line up confirmed their strong rock attitude on stage.
 
LXT are now in the process of writing their second album and are currently looking for a label to release it.
