Solerrain

俄罗斯旋律死亡金属乐队，组建于2004年。Solerrain虽然是一支俄罗斯的乐队，但是他们所有的曲目都没有用他们的母语“俄语”来演唱，而是用英语来演唱的。
2004
History of "Dark Side" band begins from September, 12th, 2004. Maybe it seems strange, but on September, 16th the group has given the first concert in "Pyatnitsa" club at big enough audience of Hard'n'Heavy music admirers.
But actually everything has begun a little bit earlier...
It was February, 2004, when musician Dmitry Ruzanov (lead guitar) and Alexander Yermoshin (rhythm guitar), began to select collective for joint creativity. They were schoolmates, both inspired the idea to play heavy, but melodious music. A little bit later Alexey Romashkin-Timanov (drums) joins them. Since this moment it is possible to reveal an original skeleton of "Dark Side" band, but the question with structure is opened yet.
Little bit later Alexander Strokanov (bass) joins all above listed. In May Anton Nikonorov (vocal) comes to group. After permanent failures to find keyboardist, in July Olga Zhirkova joins the band. Due to vocal the group has got rather gloomy sound, but what is interesting: screaming, heavy reeves, fast solo and drum rhythms were rather good combined with little bit "pop" keyboard parties.
Just after finding-out of full structure the group begins active work. Owing to the music and gloomy texts, the band began to characterize itself as Melodic Death Metal. But after several months the problems with the drummer have begun, to be exact with his study at university! These problems were very badly reflected on all stuff, and the collective has been compelled to search for another drummer.
In several weeks of hard search the long-awaited second drummer, Grigory Zhinkov, has been found. Not losing time, he has started to work on material. On December, 23rd, 2004 first drummer, Alexey has left the group.
2005
On March, 20th because of creative disagreements Grigory leaves the group. Despite of all troubles, group continues to act on all before planned concerts using the drum parties recorded before, at studio. In November the group has recorded down Promo CD. The article about the band has been published in "The Musician" magazine. On July, 24th drummer Alexander Yakovlev has been invited to rehearsal. After successful both-side audition the decision to work together was accepted.
But there was not long cooperation. On November, 25th he has left the group.
2006
On March, 3th the group has started to record a debut album. Sessional drummer Vasily has been invited to record the drums. In April, during recording of the first album, Anton Nikonorov (vocal) has declared the leaving. Group had to begin urgent search of the worthy vocalist, ready to enter the members of group in nearest terms. Friend of group have prompted phone of one free vocalist, with good recommendations.
On May, 15th on audition of vocalists Pavel Kozhukhovsky was accepted to take this place. On July, 10th the band makes a decision to change the name, changing "Dark Side" to "SOLERRAIN". On September, 3rd Aleksandr Yermoshin (rhythm guitar) leaves group, explaining the leaving by the decision on end of musical activity.
There was time of search, and there was no worthy candidates to borrow two free places, while on December, 15th the band has contacted Vladimir Tarasenko (drums). After a meeting and mutual audition he became "a member of family".
2007
On May, 26th Mikhail Antipov (rhythm guitar) has come to audition, and after small doubts he has closed the vacancy of guitarist. Time was going on, there were concerts, trips to other cities, and so on... Group skills grew, and together with it requirements also grew. On November, 21st band makes decision to dismiss Olga Zhirkova (keyboards). It was a hard choice, but creative disagreements did not allow group to go forward.
2008
And here again there were months, and there was no worthy candidate to take empty place, until Nikita Merzliakov (keyboards) has been invited to audition on February, 2nd. The group did not thought long: "Here he is!!!"

Andy quit, Alexander B quit...bla bla bla, Evgeny comes. Bla.. bla.. bla... Preparation to album record. No one will read till now.
