In its young career Honor By August has already shared an arena stage with Bon Jovi, had its music broadcast to millions of television viewers and won the Billboard World Song Contest.
Honor By August's music is at once modern and classic, built on personal, powerful songs and dynamic live performances. Their newest release, "Found" (Spring 09), finds the band in musical territory somewhere between U2, Snow Patrol, Kings of Leon and Bruce Springsteen.
Honor By August has shared the stage one-on-one with world-class artists including Bon Jovi, Third Eye Blind, Vertical Horizon, Peter Frampton, Hootie & the Blowfish, Howie Day, Edwin McCain, Hanson, Ingram Hill, Pat McGee Band, Emerson Hart, Virginia Coalition, Teddy Geiger, Graham Colton, Aslyn, Michael Tolcher, Stephen Kellogg, State Radio and many others.
Honor By August has played to single crowds as large as 20,000 from arena shows at the Verizon Center and McDonough Arena (DC) and Innsbrook Pavilion, to headlining shows at the 9:30 Club (DC) and Knitting Factory main stage (NYC), to notable national venues like the Bowery Ballroom (NYC), Viper Room (LA), Blender Theater (NYC), Toad's Place (VA), Middle East main stage (MA), Cain's Ballroom (OK), House of Blues Cleveland (OH), FedEx Field and many others across the country.
