Po! formed in May 1987 and originally played their jangly, melodic pop around the Leicester and Worcester 'pop' circuit. The long-running Rutland indie-pop band, had links with The Deep Freeze Mice and Ruth's Refrigerator, amongst others. The band also ran their own label, Rutland Records. Po! disbanded in 1998 and re-formed in 2016 to play some live gigs. Ruth rounded up Paul and Gary to play the Indietracks 2016 festival, amongst other gigs.
