Slow Down

"Slow Down" is the English version of "Nott", Icelandic superstar Yohanna's latest entry to represent her country in the 2011 Eurovision Song Contest. Although the song didn't win her national final, Eurovision fans have taken this haunting song to heart. The Icelandic version appeared first, leading many to think that the eventual English translation would be something of a letdown from the melodic, mysterious quality of "Nott". But when it was revealed that "Nott" itself was the translation, and the song was originally composed in English as "Slow Down" , we looked forward to the release of this winsome treat
